The material units are picked and positioned onto a plate, following a pre-determined computer designed patterning or composition.

The system does not require centred positioning and has no forms, allowing design liberty.

As the plate exits the machine, a mesh with a glue is applied for fixing or mounting the ‘tesserae’ (mosaic) sheets.
